While our technicians work quickly, certain services simply take time, and waiting in our comfortable guest lounge may not be in the cards. Courtesy loaner vehicles allow your day to continue as your Mercedes-Benz is serviced. Access to these vehicles depends on availability, so we ask that you contact us beforehand to set up a loaner vehicle to ensure that we have one reserved for you. You can take your loaner vehicle to work, back home, or wherever you need to go, you may life your life per usual. Once your personal vehicle is ready to be picked up, simply bring the loaner back and switch them out!
