I needed to have my windshield calibrated after the windshield replacement was completed on my 2021 MB Sprinter 3500. The entire process of setting an appointment to completing the work was an excellent experience, as good as any I have received from an automotive dealership/ Humberto Maldonado was my service advisor and did a great job. Aside from the recalibration, the service tech provided an overview of some service items I will consider for the future. What a great team!

I was fed up with Mercedes. Extremely bad experience at Colo Springs dealership with sales manager playing games. I had a call from a new dealership west of Harlingen, tx. I had a young salesman keep trying to get me into GLE 450 that didn’t meet my “must” have list and then tried his best to sell me a 580. I feel a lot better about 75 cents a kWh for 24/7 EV fast charging access** IF your car can reach. I’m sorry for being so livid. I just don’t want to be harmed in Mexico because my car runs out of juice visiting Mexico. The price is fair and an idle fee is only imposed if you’re fully charged and leaving it abandoned. I am giving credit where credit is due, They are currently priced 75 cents a kilowatt for EV charging, if your car is fully charged, an idle fee is imposed. I like this system. No complaints, I know I’ve been harsh and I’m sorry about that. This is the only EV charger with night time access.
