First time Mercedes Benz Owners. Our experience at Mercedes Benz of San Juan was a positive one! we walked in the dealership, explained our situation to David Casados and immediately he got on it for us. We assumed they just patch or plug the tire for us, man was I wrong. David explained to us that he would first inspect the tire. Wasn’t long before he came back out and said he would be ordering us a new tire because they didn’t have that particular one in stock. Once we approved, he order and within a few days we were back at the dealership to install a brand new tire at no cost to us.. the entire experience was good and most importantly, this customer was happy!

Working with Javier Hinojosa was a great experience from beginning to end! The whole staff was top notch! I look forward to my family’s future with Mercedes Benz!
